Description:

Anki is a program which makes remembering things easy. Because it's a lot more efficient than traditional study methods, you can either greatly decrease your time spent studying, or greatly increase the amount you learn.

First setup Instructions:
1) Make sure you have the wxpython.pnd from PtitSeb installed on your Pandora before trying to start Anki.
2) Get a deck to study stuff from, on the following page: https://ankiweb.net/shared/decks/ and put them where you want.
3) Start Anki from the "Education" menu folder in xfce, and the first thing you'll have to do is click on "import file" on the bottom right. Select the deck you want to study.
3) The deck will be loaded, and will appear in ANki's main window.
4) Click on the deck title to start learning. If the deck has sound, turn the volume up :)

I confirm I have the latest wxPython pnd and the latest firmware. I think I'm using the default locale. I don't have the Pandora with me today, but I'll check that locale thing ASAP.

@magic_sam - can you confirm you have the latest wxPython pnd, and that you a running on 1.60 firmware ? (flashed or upgraded?). Which locale are you using on your system ?

Hi ! Crashes with "Exception: Anki requires a UTF-8 locale." on my Rebirth Pandora. wxPython.pnd is installed. Best, Magic Sam

Nice, I've heard of this app, it's supposed to be great for learning things. Thanks for the port, I'll try it out. Maybe we can put together a card set to help people learn hacking on the pandora!
