Jump is now X/Y and fire is now A/B.

For now ctrl/select is jump and alt/start is fire. But I'm trying to see where the buttons are defined to change them.

What are the controls for this? I can start a game, but only left+right do anything - none of the other buttons (ABXY) appear to work.
