get-iplayer weather
(the application searches all available programmes with 'weather' in the title and returns the programme id with any matches, something like:
Matches
37 BBC Weather, BBC One
If you want to download this episode, type
get-iplayer --get 37
I'm pretty sure it doesn't work outside the UK unfortunately (unless you can find a proxy).
Repackaging into mp4 with ffmpeg is automatic and takes a few minutes, so if you want to avoid it use the '--raw' flag.
