Additional Info
I noticed, that, when you get ingame it is a bit slow at first, but after a few seconds it runs fluid.
If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this, please post in the comments or here:

Also the blood is blue instead of red. Well, maybe I unintentionally made a FSK 6 version ;)

Scaling to fullscreen and v-sync is done with notaz's improved SDL.

Please don't upload to apps.openpandora.org before betastatus is gone.

Thanks!

v1.6.0.1
A bit too frantic for me but it is entertaining for a spell...3/5.

I played this on Windows a while back. It's not that great of a game and it definitely doesn't feel like a Mario game. I especially didn't like the jump physics; you start going down immediately when you release the jump button, which feels artificial.

The game itself is okay, but I wouldn't call it a Mario Bros. 1 clone with better graphics. The levels are clearly fan-made, and the physics feel the same. Still, not bad, but could use some work.
