Description:
NEON-based CPU stress test that automatically overclocks the CPU to find the highest stable CPU clock.

Please note that this is a stress test, so the CPU will be utilized more than it is with typical programs with carefully scheduled NEON asm code. This means the result will be lower than seemingly stable overclock you may already be using, and battery life will be shorter than usual while this runs. This test usually manages to catch errors early, but system crash is still possible, so be sure to save (or even backup) all your data before starting.

Maybe add a timeout, e.g. if it doesn't find any errors at some clock speed in 1 hour, it's probably safe to stop. Also maybe some kind of binary search can be used to converge more rapidly: e.g. increment in 10 MHz steps until first error, then go down in 5 MHz steps, then 1 MHz steps.
