Pencil is an animation/drawing software. It lets you create traditional hand-drawn animation (cartoon) using both bitmap and vector graphics. Pencil is free and open source.
It's a good animation program. The GUI is a bit overkill for the Pandora but the same can be said about GIMP. But you have to move around a lot of things to use it. And stuff like zooming is really tricky and I wish there where more shortcuts for it. But it's a good app and does what I want it to

Pencil is a great drawing tool. It's fairly simplistic and boots fast enough to use. This is my recommended drawing program for the Pandora. :)
