To change the 2 buttons to mouse buttons automatically on boot

menu -> settings -> desktop -> session and startup -> In the startup, add "pnd_run -1 /*path to pnd*/"

@Tavin Your running AB Mouse from the system menu? If you do pnd_run, or double click the pnd it will actually run Normal Mouse because that is first in line.

I forgot to mention, you may have to run normal mouse before some games and emulators depending on how they are getting the button presses. For example PCSX rearmed works fine with it set to ab mouse, but gpsp and snes9x needs it in normal mouse.
