Why? FreeSCI was merged with ScummVM in 2009. This is years out-of-date.

Sierra's Creative Interpreter. Tried SpaceQuest 3 and it runs fine. note: mouse does not work in the chooser, you need to use tab, mousekeys and enter. (but the games, of course, do work with the mouse/stylus)
