Jagged Alliance 2 is a turn based strategy game in which you hire mercs to free the country of Arulco. Over 150 different characters, a nonlinear gameplay, deep strategic battles and more-than-average detailed equipment do their best, to keep you playing on and on.

This version of Stracciatella is Gennady's continued development of the original and splendid work by Tron and features:
* Multi-lingual support
* Case-insensitive filenames
* Game directory and language selection

Keymappings:
* D-pad = Scroll on the tactical screen
* Nubs = Mouse control (as in OS)
* A button = 3D cursor on/off
* B button = Show line-of-sight
* X button = Lower character stance
* Y button = Raise character stance
* R button = Hold for hand cursor (left-click to grab/open)
* L button = Show path of movement
* Start = Switch to strategy screen (M)
* Select = Switch to tactical screen (Esc)

Settings location: /media/(SDcard)/pandora/appdata/.ja2
ja2.cfg := Language selection
ja2.ini := Data location

There are two settings files because the game is sensitive to data in ja2.ini.

Updated to 12.266. See the website for release notes. If you are having issues launching the game in another language, please make sure your data works with Stracciatella on a laptop or desktop computer. My script just passes the language to the program.

I have a problem with starting the game. After copying the Data folder and specifying its location, I can normally select the language (German). Afterwards the game simply closes and I return to Pandora OS. When I attempt to start it again, screen turns black for a short moment and OS shows up again

The major difference is support for languages besides English. Other differences are centered menu and strategic screens (instead of left justified), bugfixes since the Walnut release, start/select mappings, and a setup wizard. Bitbucket is having issues so the website gives a 500 right now.
