Here is Liberal Crime Squad, a tactical game in text mode.
The size of the game is due to the embedded musics, that are in ogg format (mid was also available, and while much smaller à 16Mb, it sounded less good).

* Fixed launch of the game
once you get the hang on the controls (how to walk without returning to your hideout), its quite fun. The music alone makes it all worth it. Just don't walk alone to the police station and try to riot there.
