If they fall straight through, it because they become a bridge, but the bridge immediately collapses since it is not attached to anything. You are not meant to be able to build structures in mid air. So make sure you start building a bridge firmly connected to the ground or a wall.

This is actually quite a good game =D one thing I am confused about though?? Are the lemming meant to fall straight through the blue wall thing???
