download error = no space on SDcard. Maybe you can implement a proper error message.

If I disconnect and reconnect the WIFI while PNDManager is running, then sometimes it fails to function at all until restarted.

Nice improvement, thanks! Small nit: while downloading new packages the 'Location' field is shown as / instead of the chosen target.
