Turtle Arena is a free and open source cross-platform third-person action game using a modified version of the ioquake3 engine.
Turtle Arena is currently focused on multiplayer (with multiple game modes) and can be played with human players over a network, splitscreen, or with AI players. In the future there may also be a single player / cooperative reach the end of the level mode with AI enemies (well, currently, there is one, but with just 2 very short level).

Here is Turtle Arena, a 3rd person Arena shooter based on Quake3 engine.

/!\ On CC model, you will need a Swapfile for it to work /!\

The default config is aimed at Gigahertz model, you will need to lower settings to gain speed.
One trick to gain much speed is to switch sound driver from OpenAL to SDL / with Medium quality.
You may also lower the graphics settings to get more speed.
