A few updates (October 2012):
Fixed version number (thanks Ivanovic).
Set 'q' as shortkey to quit.
Disabled Chinese book site by default (can be reenabled in the options, but the site times out).
Support for Japanese (thanks Ekianjo). The Japanese encoding can be selected for a book, and the Japanese font VL Gothic must be set in the options (see documentation).

I would be happy to add Japanese to the pnd if it is already available for FBReader, but I cannot find Japanese support for this version.

There seems to be a typo in the version number. The screenshot shows it is 0.12.10 (based) not 0.10.12.
