Looks like you're the author of Panorama, too. Can you change it, or have user contributions already confounded the situation? If you can change it, you really should do it as soon as possible to fix the incompatibility with the GNU GPL.

onpon4: The license comes from Panorama. License infromation for apps can be added, the only issue is screen real estate which is quite full.

Whoa, who's idea was it to license software under a CC license? That's a terrible idea; CC licenses are designed for art, not software. If it was you, can you please relicense this under a proper software license (e.g. the GNU GPL)?
