Description:
Excellent Bifurcation is a vertical shooter in which you have two sides available to play on. Its graphics try to mimic the colours, sounds and feeling of the 8-bit games.
In the game, you drive two ships at the same time, on two sides of the screen. The game play is very unique and fun. It might be quite a brain bender anyway.
Excellent Bifurcation was Linley Henzel's entry in the AutoFire 2007 Shooter Competition, and finished in 2nd place.

Wonderful game! It's much shorter than his other ones, I think - only two levels. My high score on "Easy" is 4830 (that's after finishing the game). I haven't done too well in the other difficulty levels, though.

+ Super gfx: Only the color scheme reminds of 8-bit, shapes are super smooth + Explosions look as if they use particles or at least well randomly chosen animations + Music: Nice retro bassy tunes - Only problem 4 me: Playing on 2 sides at once is too difficult 4 me — Some will love this challenge!
