Runaway is a remake of a LCD game, originally made by Gakken. The game was also sold as SearchLight.
The purpose of the game is to make a successfull escape from prison. Starting in the prison cell you move your player across the screen, avoiding the guards and the moving searchlight. To complete the escape you must crack down the wall and make a jump to freedom.

For controlling the player, use the onscreen buttons or D-pad / action keys.
Keyboard mappings:
S = Start new game (use Left or Right to select either Game A or B)

A = Toggle Mute
P = Pause/About
Q or ESC will quit the game.
DPAD LEFT or GAME A = Left
DPAD RIGHT or GAME B = Right

One miss will be removed if you manage to escape 25 times in a row without being caught.
