Added docs and settings folders... this fixes the docs issue in the GUI version.

The CLI version now runs. Nice port, thanks! The driver problem is probably the missing X11 based EGL context creation in the 4.10 driver. It only supports the framebuffer (IIUC).

Thanks to matti1234, I updated the CLI version to get it (hopefully) behaving much better for everybody. I'll take a look on my system to see if there is a specific SGX driver version that does/doesn't work.
