Note :Beside a fix in the kof98 decryption routine, there is nothing really new in the emulation core, but still, I think some people will find this version useful

- Save state are now working
- Add a hotkey (F3) to toggle test bit (to enable gore, change difficulty etc.)
- Add an option to enable raster effect (For super side kick, galaxy fight, etc.)
- Add the possibility to change directory in the rom browser
- Better error reporting

- Fix memory issue with crypted roms
- Add an option to strech 800x480

Some notes that hopefully will help new users not have to randomly try buttons to workout what does what (like I just did); select/Ctrl = Add Credit start/Alt = 1P start space = back to menu esc = return to game (if you bring up the menu with space)

Who needs NEO GEO X ?? This is the best NEO GEO emulator I ever used. Make sure you get the right rom set.
