Build 2: Now with Touchscreenfix and them menuoptions won't crash the game anymore.
The changes will be applied on restart now.
I set this to release, as there seem to be no obvious bugs left and nobody reported anything.

@Maintainer: Please set the MOST ILLUSTRATIVE PIC (in-game rather than main menu screenshot!) as PRIMARY in the PND PXML definition, as many contexts consider only the first pic: MiniMenu preview, Repo RSS feed, PNDManager app info (more pics on demand), etc. http://pnd.to/previewpic
