cas: nethack isn't the easiest game to just pick up and play. there's a help file accessed with the ? key ingame. I use ctrl+c to quit (remember right trigger is default bound to ctrl)

zxdunny: This is console-only. I'll look into packaging the X version as well.My most recent tweaks have been focused on the scrollbar and keybinds. Only xfce's terminal goes fullscreen but the only way to disable the scrollbar is via a manual config file insert. Maybe I can get it in a tty.

cas - fn+v, then type "quit". This is the usual way to quit nethack.To lunixbochs: doesn't seem to be any way to use tiles rather than ascii - no configuration file saved in appdata. Also a large scrollbar appears to the right of the screen, and the mouse pointer is still visible.
