Stratagus is a free cross-platform real-time strategy gaming engine. It includes support for playing over Internet/LAN, or playing vs. computer opponents. The engine is configurable and can be used to create games with a wide-range of features specific to your needs.

Instalation:
- Execute launcher to make appdata stratagus folder (home, .stratagus)
- Copy data extracted by wartool/startool (wargus or stargus folder) to appdata stratagus share folder:
On Linux it works the same way with pre or post scripts. I want to do the same but i'm very "busy" with new Codeblocks and Qt4.8.4, ;)

So in Detail.. Download the Linux,Windows or Mac version of Startagus and Wargus and install them.. On windows the CD extraction process happens on install for Wargus and Stargus.. Can't be sure on Linux. https://launchpad.net/stratagus/

It can't use the War2/Star data directly it needs to be converted to something the Stratagus engine can use. The tools are on the Pandora, but it's easier to download the Linux/Win/Mac version and run the utility and copy the files over to the SD card. It needs the DOS version, BNE won't work.
